Each CD costs US$12.00. All CDs are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
To add a CD to a shopping cart, please click "Add Item to Cart" button next to a CD you wish to purchase according to the country you wish your CDs would be shipped. If you wish to add another CD, please click "Add to Cart" button next to that CD.
On PayPal orders, we ship worldwide. Please make sure that you click the appropriate button "Add Item to Cart". There are two buttons: one for Canada and USA, another - for all other countries. We will not be able to ship your CDs if the shipping amount does not correspond to your country.
Shipping and Handling fee for the United States and Canada will be US$5.00 (Canada Post LetterMail - 3-7 business days*) for 1 (one) CD. For each additional CD, please add US$1.50. For 5 (five) or more CD there is a flat shipping rate of US$11.00.
The shipping and handling rates for all countries other than US or Canada are: for 1 (one) CD - US$7.00 (Canada Post Letter-Post Mail - transit times vary with destination*). Customers from all countries other than Canada and USA can currently order one of each kind of CD. We apologize for inconvenience. Customers are fully responsible for their country's custom duties and taxes (if any), which are not included in shipping and handling charges. Please, check your country's customs office for more details.
At this time, we cannot accept any other form of payment than PayPal.
Our website uses PayPal Shopping Cart services. You will be redirected onto PayPal website (opens in a new window) after you click either on "Add Item to Cart" or "View Cart" buttons on this page.
After the payment is made, you will be redirected back to PIANO SYNERGY DUO's website confirming a payment. You will receive an e-mail from PayPal with your transaction details. CDs are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a separate e-mail from us after your CDs are mailed out.
IMPORTANT! On PayPal website you need to provide a correct shipping address so the parcel would not be lost in the mail. Confirmed PayPal addresses are prefered though not required. If the provided address is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for the loss. No refunds.
Shipping insurance is not provided at this time. We carefully pack your CDs in a padded envelope for better protection.
For buyers who wish to purchase our CDs in large quantities, please fill out a Request CD Form and we will contact you as soon as possible sending you a customized PayPal invoice.
